The resurfacing of Hemphill Street will occur later in 2018 and spring 2019. For years many neighborhood residents, business owners and the Hemphill Corridor Task Force pressed for the proper rightsizing of Hemphill for the safety of our residents. The new restriping plan will make the street safer, add needed parking for businesses, and improve residential connectivity to make Hemphill a desirable destination.
