40th Annual Candlelight Christmas in Ryan Place!

The 40th Annual Candlelight Christmas in Ryan Place Home Tour, featuring five stunning homes and our neighborhood's Daggett Elementary. In addition to the tour, this year's event will include Santa, a polar express kid's train, musical groups, pop-up shops, and - back this year- Horse drawn carriage rides!

General Admission

Early bird tickets are available for $25 up until midnight on November 29, 2024. Starting November 30th, ticket prices go up to $30. Purchase your tickets online today!

During the tour weekend, General Admission tickets can be purchased at the door for $30 at St. John's Anglican Church (2401 College Avenue). General Admission can be used on either day of the tour (or both days if you keep your wristband on your arm). Children 12 years of age or younger are FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

NOTE: All tour guests must have a wristband, even if purchasing tickets online. Prior to your first stop on the tour, visit the Ticket Booth at St. John's Anglican Church to pick up your wristband and tour brochure (paper and virtual available). The tour brochure will include information on the homes and a map of the neighborhood.

VIP Tickets

Join us for a historic first: a VIP Experience Tour with only forty tickets available, offering a unique opportunity to the lucky guests who secure them. This special event offers access to three extraordinary homes, including two that have never been open to the public in the history of the tour. Celebrate CCRP's 40th Anniversary with an Exclusive VIP Tour Experience!

The VIP schedule starts promptly at 11:30 am on Saturday or Sunday, depending on your ticket. Unlike the general tour, the VIP experience follows a predetermined schedule, with each home offering a single 45-minute time slot per day.

Begin your tour at the first stop on Elizabeth Blvd, skipping the ticket booth entirely. A week before the event, you'll receive an email with the schedule and locations of all VIP stops. There's flexibility between VIP experiences to visit the other five homes on the CCRP tour. For a more leisurely exploration, you can purchase your VIP experience ticket for one day (i.e. Saturday), but attend the general tour on the other day (i.e. Sunday).
